Environmentally Friendly UV Difference —
no chemicals released into the environment!
We have been pioneers in preserving the balance between technology
and a healthy, thriving environment. Our Ultraviolet (UV) Cured Resin
Finish is an example of our ongoing dedication. While urethanes, varnishes,
and lacquers require 80% to 90% solvents which escape into the air, Library
Bureau's finishing material is 100% solid with Zero Percent escaping.
Our Electrostatic Disk System virtually eliminates emissions. Conventional
wood finishes are air-dried allowing approximately 10-12% of the finish
to stay on the wood while 88% evaporates into the atmosphere. Library
Bureau's UV Cured Resin Finish is "dried" by ultraviolet light so there
is no evaporation! Zero chemicals are released into our surroundings.
